"The Kansas City" star reports the 54-year-old lost his car keys in a lake and was trying to retrieve them by tying a 20-pound weight to his waist and using a garden hose as a breathing tube. The man was saved by a person on the surface but refused medical treatment. Officials believe the wig flew off an earlier passenger and became stuck under a wheel when the next batch of riders passed over it, but the owner of the wig still remains a mystery, reports the "New York Post."
